Estella was very attentive to the details of the processes and went out of her way to represent us. I would hire and/or recommend Estella again if the opportunity arose.

She is very knowledgeable, very professional, and followed up with us, to see if we had any questions/concerns with the purchasing of our new home. Estella made sure all necessary services (i.e., appraisals, inspections, exterminator, singing of papers, etc) were handled in a timely manner. Estella is a very personable person, service with a smile. Never sensed any frustration in her voice, whenever we would call her, we were her priority.
