I came to Alaska on vacation over 40 years ago and realized I was already home. I was licensed in 1989 and have held most every office in the Kenai Peninsula Association of REALTORS®. I am also a member of the Alaska Association of REALTORS® located in Anchorage, AK and the National Association of REALTORS®. In my community, I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Soldotna Chamber of Commerce and the Kenai River Rotary Club.My specialization is in Relocation, First Time Home Buyers, Recreational Properties, and Kenai River Front Properties. I also hold the Certified Residential Specialist designation and am a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute.I have received the Realtor® of the Year for the Kenai Peninsula Realtor® Association, 2005 Realt or of the Year from Freedom Realty, 2000 Dedication Award - Freedom Realty, Soldotna Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors & Scholarship Committee.

Seller reviewWe have used Esther Chambers both as a buyer and a seller over the last 14 years. She found us our first home, and then sold it for us, and she also helped us find the land to buy to build our forever dream home on. The patience that Esther showed us in all cases was the biggest factor in us wanting to use her services repeatedly. We never felt that she was trying to push properties on us, or settle for less. The time she spent with us over the years looking at properties allowed her to fine tune her knowledge of us and what we were looking for; then find and guide us through the process to close on the perfect house and land. She was very communicative with us during the selling process and helped us navigate the sell of our home very quickly. We had three offers on our house on the first day, and we closed with no problems. It's obvious Esther Chambers is doing this work because she loves it, not becuase she has to. We would recommend her to anyone 100%!

Seller reviewEsther was recommended by a family friend from California 18 years ago. My friend, mom, and I have all purchased our homes through Esther. I had other agents look at my house the year before and decided not to sell as I felt they didn't care about my needs but more about getting it sold. When I decided to sell this year I was so happy to find out Esther was still working and not retired. Esther is an excellent communicator.She provided me all the information prior to putting the house on the market. Loved that I received the information verbally in person, printed material for me to take back and review, as well as the email follow up information. Additionally, she explained the entire process of selling the house. I am grateful for all of her knowledge and experience. Her time managment is fantastic and made the entire process go smooth. Esther contacted me everystep of the way and worked around my schedule. I am truly grateful for Esther. She is an exceptional person. Her integrity, morals, values,etc are top notch. Buyer reviewWe love Esther! She was so patient with us for so long (took at least two years to find this property). We really enjoyed working with her when we purchased our first home. Again, she was so patient with us then showing us over 20 houses and she knew what we wanted . When she saw the house we ended up buying before it came on the market, she knew it was the one for us and we were able to jump on it quickly. This time around, we were trying to find a house but nothing seemed right so we started looking at land as well. Finally got a property and hoping to build next year.
