Buyer reviewI had told Ethan what we were looking for and when he brought me a list of properties, the places I had been looking at were on the list! He pays attention to everything you say that you want. I went through two other Realtors before him, one for not giving us the time of day and one because he couldn't pay attention to my needs. Ethan never tried to sell me what I couldn't afford and never wasted my time with anything that I didn't want. We had a mix up with things that were required for the home and Ethan took the time and his own commission to get it set straight. I never had to worry about the realtor side of my experience. I jumped through flaming hoops for my lender but Ethan was always happy to call and sort through Iowa regulations since I used an out of state lender. Ethan went above and beyond the call of duty so many times that I'm not sure I could say enough! I will absolutely be recommending him to everyone I meet.

It didn't matter if it was early in the morning or late at night, Ethan would always answer his phone or get back to me within minutes. He was always getting me info on new listings days before I ever saw them on any websites. Ethan will be the first person I recommend to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a property.
