Seller reviewEthan and team were critical in the sale of our home. We had never considered selling our home until we found a house for sale that we could not pass up. Ethan came to our home, helped us assess the value and was very honest and helpful in telling us where we should fix up/invest money prior to listing. Ethan had professional images taken that turned out amazing and he did a great job sharing and marketing our home. Our house sold within 5 days of being on the market! Ethan was professional, knowledgeable and was alway available for us. We had a few more hiccups with the septic system needing replaced post inspection and it kept us on our toes all the way to the closing date, but Ethan helped us through it every step of the way! Would definitely recommend Ethan and team for the sale or purchase of a home!
