His level of knowledge on the area, outside of the houses, and inside of the houses was second to none. He was extremely detail oriented and it made us feel like we were making informed and confident decisions! The South Shore of Long Island is highly competitive, but Ethiel was always on top of new homes coming out. He knew exactly what we were looking for, and always let us know if there were new homes on the market! Ethiel was always very professional with us. He answered our questions with lots of information and made us feel comfortable to approach him with questions. He was patient with out lack of knowledge in the beginning, and by the end of our time with him we learned so much about real estate. It made us feel like we could trust him with the biggest purchase we have ever made. We are in our dream home now! We couldn't be more appreciative.
