Seller reviewEva took this project on, even though it was going to be a very difficult process. We had to evict the tenant. She was willing to go meet with the tenant a couple of times to see if we could resolve some issues. She went over and above what a real estate agent should have to do. She was also instrumental in recommending an attorney for the eviction. She was also very helpful in recommending repair man and painters that she has worked with before that are very good. Do their jobs well and don't overcharge the customer. She was excellent to work with and very good at communicating problems and issues that came up that we could deal with at the time. She went out of her way had two open houses and was able to go to the property a number of times to make sure everything was going well. I had two meetings with her. One 6 months into the process and still hadn't gotten the tenant evicted. Then again before we started the repair process. She made herself available when I was able to come

Buyer reviewEva Bryce is the BEST!! This is my second time partnering with Eva to buy a house in a VERY competitive neighborhood. Partnering with Eva means you have a knowledgeable, well connected, professional who knows how to get people to choose you/your offer. Eva was also very patient and available to go look at houses right as they came on the market. As soon as we saw my house she let me know exactly what we had to do and updated me the entire time. We went up against at least 5 offers and we ending up getting the house. I am 2/2 with Eva and I am telling you if you want the best chance of getting a house and having fun doing it - look no further than Eva!

Seller reviewI had never sold a home before and can't say I really enjoyed the experience! But Eva was very calm and cool and talked me off all the (metaphorical) ledges I may have been on top of. She helped us through all the ups and downs of the real-estate market and in the end I think everyone was happy with the results. I would recommend Eva if you are looking for someone with years of experience and knowledge of our local areas.
