We had problems with printing and getting places so he had things sent to us electronically. We had issues with the first couple houses we were interested in so he found us more. Everything came in nice neat packages and it was easy to understand. If we didn't understand something- he went down through it word for word until we did. Always prepping us for what was next and giving us the feeling of comfort knowing he was one step ahead. We couldn't imagine going through this process with anyone else!
