Seller reviewI was a "cold call" into Evelyn, having found her after an extensive search of local realtors via internet. We were selling a vacant vacation home with a great location but in need of some TLC. The problem was that I lived in a different state and wasn't able to evaluate what needed to be done prior to sale. Once we signed with Evelyn, she basically took over and managed the whole process. She visited the property and was able to recommend repairs and local contractors to make them. She brought in an aerial photographer who really showcased the visual appeal of thee property. She researched the comps and helped recommend a good listing price, and she actively marketed the property. We closed yesterday and I still have yet to meet Evelyn in person. Nevertheless, we spoke hundreds of times via phone, email, and text. Despite being out of state, I never felt disadvantaged in the sales process. This was due solely to Evelyn's efforts. I would absolutely and without reservation would recommend Evelyn to other prospective buyers and sellers.

Because we are new to the area, we had a lot of questions and Evelyn was always willing to take the time to answer them. Evelyn was always prompt in returning our phone calls.
