Evette Ruiz sold me this house in 2013, this home was a wonderful first house for me. I called Evette that I was ready to sell, I was nervous because this would be the first time I am selling and buying at the same time, Evette was great at explaining the process, she took her time and listened patiently, always felt calm after we spoke, her communciation was top notch, she is honest and caring. I arrived Saturday night from Florida and needed a home for my family my brother referred me to Evette and we contacted her last Saturday night and she set up showings for Sunday, we submitted an offer and the owner had many offers Evette negotiated and we had the home.
