This was my first house. Anyone who has bought a house before, whether it be the first or not, can tell you it is one of the most energy consuming and stressful things one can experience. I was so nervous because buying a house is a big deal, and I wanted to make sure when I signed on the dotted line, that I was committing to something I could handle. Evette helped me sell my grandmother's house a year ago, and I was so pleased with her, so I chose to work with her again. What I really liked most about her was that she was not only professional, but could also be friendly and personal as well. I felt like she truly related to my needs as a person going through the process, and helped by making sure I wouldn't try to buy something I couldn't handle. She was never concerned about just making the sale. She guided me through the process and helped it go as smooth as possible (it isn't really a smooth process, but she was a pro). I am so thankful that I decided to buy the house and that I worked with Evette. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house.
