Faraz understood this and was very helpful. The houses he suggested we look at met our needs. He is a very patient and positive person and always had a smile on his face. Before I met Faraz, I worked with three other agents from well-known real-estate agencies and none of them could succeed in getting my offers accepted. After multiple rejected offers, I turned to Faraz. He was something different. He was professional, kind, and very considerate of my needs. In addition to that, what truly separated him from all the real estate agents I've worked with was how communicative he was with me and the seller's agent. By keeping a constant flow of communication with both parties, Faraz succeeded in getting my offer accepted. He did all this while the home was getting multiple similar offers and another buyer was willing to offer more than what I was offering. During these hectic times when houses are selling within days and agents are working 24/7, Faraz remained kind and professional throughout the entire home buying process.
