Seller reviewFarrah was our agent as buyers of the home- she was so prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about the market that it was a no-brainer to have her sell the home for us as well. We kept regular contact during the six years we owned the home, and she showed us many homes during that period. She is the kind of asset any company would be fortunate to have, and our family formed a genuine personal relationship with her. We love Farrah, and so does everyone else who knows her.

Buyer reviewFarrah Spears was always very prompt with communication......phone calls, emails and texts. We were from out of town and whenever we asked her if she would be available if we came in town on a certain day and time to see houses or tend to a task once we decided on a house she met us then. Farrah went out of her way to be helpful. Once we decided we needed a painter she had one meet us at the house and gave us recommendations for appliance and flooring specialists. She met us when the flooring person came out to measure. In addition, at the appropriate time, she had a general inspector, a termite inspector, and an HVAC specialist meet us at the house. We have been pleased with all her recommendations of workers. All in all, we have found Farrah to be very efficient in all aspects of the process.....from searching for a house.....to helping us get our house ready to live in.....to helping us iron out matters with the loan process.....to the final closing. We would not hesitate one bit to recommend Farrah Spears as a realtor.

Buyer reviewIt's hard to put into words how wonderful Farrah Spears is. She patiently waited 4 years til we were ready to sell our house. When we did, she had a contract on it in less than 24 hrs. She stuck with us while we flip-flopped between 2 houses to purchase. When the house of our dreams came on the market, she dropped everything to show us the house within 15 minutes of listing. She patiently endured endless questions and texts from us at all hours, always with a smile and cheerful attitude. You cannot ask for a better realtor in all of B/CS and beyond.
