Throughout our buying process Felicia was very patient and willing to go the extra mile to show us listings at a day and time convenient to us. In the end she found us the perfect home and helped ensure we got our home even when things got a little rocky at the end. She will provide you with recommendations and work hard to meet your needs. No matter what the situation is, Fe is always there to help guide you through and ensure the contract is upheld by both parties. Given the world we live in rigtht now, this an area most agents overlook and could cost you dearly. So if you are looking to buy or sell your home, I would recommend calling Felicia Fratto.

Buyer reviewFelicia was amazing during our homebuying process. We started looking in Jan and closed in July. Throughout the entire time, she always made sure our needs were met, we could ask any and all questions we may have had, and she always got back to us in a timely manner. Anytime we had doubts about something, she put our minds at ease. She never made us feel rushed or pressured with hurrying to decide on a home and always made sure that we thought things through that we hadn't even thought about. We loved our experience with Felicia and will be using her when we buy our next home.
