Her knowledge and upfront honesty was vital to helping me understand the buying process, as a first time home owner. Felicia's approach to finding houses that met my requests was impressive. With each bit of feedback from previous visitations, the next ones would be closer to what I wanted. We finally found the right home for me and the closing process was made easier by her creating a timeline with dates that would help everything run smoothly. If the need arises, Felicia will be my first call for any future house hunting.
