Seller reviewThis was a difficult situation. It was my brother's house. He had died and there were squatters in the house. There was no access to the property. The mortgage had not been paid and Ditech was going to foreclose in three weeks. Fidel had two prospective buyers in less than 24 hours. It would have closed sooner had Ditech been more cooperative, but Fidel managed to close a day before the foreclosure. Thank you Fidel.

Seller reviewWhile under contract with another agent, Fidel sent me a property proposal that was very thorough and informative. I contacted him about possibly selling my parent's home when my contract expired with another agent. When the time came, we sat down worked out a plan to sell the home and made a new contract. Through his vigorous efforts and knowing the local market he sold the property in ten days after it had been on the market for four months. There were some challenges in getting the house to pass inspection, but he worked with the buyer and me to get the job done. He is an excellent agent. There were some challenges but through it all Fidel worked closely with me to keep me abreast of those challenges and helped work through them all successfully.

Seller reviewI called Fidel because he sent a letter to my Mothers address saying he sold bear land and she had some. He also did what I asked concerning market study quickly. I called another realtor and she came out and saw the house on the outside and sent me one listing and said she would do a market study later on the lots when we listed the house, did not seem helpful and very lazy. So I listed with Fidel. He was always fast getting back to me and works well with the computer and me being an out of town seller that was very helpful. Also understood the process of this being an Estate and helped me with that.
