Seller reviewWe requested a market price opinion on July 12,2020. Fidel promptly responded on July 13, 2020 with 7 recent sales. He suggested a list price range of $39,000 to $45,000. We did not act on it at that time. We contacted him on April 26, 2021. Signed an agreement on Tuesday April 27, 2021 and listed at $45,000. On Friday April 30,2021 (3 days), Fidel informed us he had 3 offers at $45,000. He requested they submit their highest and best offer. The highest was $56,500, $10,500 over list price which we accepted. Fidel and his dtaff helped us during the closing period and we were happy with their efforts. We highly recommend Fidel Carranza and Century 21 Desert Rock. Bernadette Smith
