Seller reviewI was in a position of having to sell this property from 400 miles away, so it was very important that I had a local agent who I could depend on to really take care of all the details. We had an insurance claim to settle on the house and repairs to make. Fortune was always a step ahead in dealing with the contractors for the work that had to be done. She knew trustworthy contractors to call and they performed well. Fortune really earned her commission on this sale. I highly recommend her and the Century 21 office.

As an out of town seller for an estate, she really took control of the details and went over and above to sell this house. I just appreciate everything she did her knowledge of the area and tradesman, really helped!

Buyer reviewFortune was not the listing agent for our property. The home was actually listed with Hunter Realty. When we contacted Hunter, they did not respond to our calls or email requests. Somehow, Fortune picked us up and did a fantastic job representing both us and the seller. With my wife and I being from out of state, Fortune did a wonderful job presenting our desires and concerns to the sellers agent. She also did a wonderful job keeping the process moving forward and keeping my wife and I informed as to the progress of our purchase and what the next steps will be. Overall, if we are in need of a realtor, we would contact Fortune and highly recommend her to others.
