I can't say enough good things. I felt that Fran Campana and CENTURY21 had a better grasp of the real estate market than other companies. Fran was phenomenal! She knew her business and she was professional, organized, efficient and caring. Fran was able to communicate the things that we needed to complete and the timeline that we needed to follow to stay on track. If we hit a snag, she was able to make recommendations and identify resources to help us complete our tasks AND she made it seem effortless. This calmed us and gave us confidence and took the stress away. Fran's expertise and knowledge netted us almost double what the first real estate agent estimated from their calculations. We were very satisfied! Fran was easy to talk to. I never felt awkward or hesitant to ask a question. Fran almost always answered her phone. If I had to leave a message, she always returned the call in a timely manner. That is not an easy thing in today's non-stop lifestyle. Fran was excellent.
