Seller reviewWe've known and worked with Fran for over 15 years now. She not only helped us buy and sell our homes, but took a personal interest in us and what we wanted and needed. She maintained a vested interest in us even after our real estate transactions ended - that care and personalized touch led us to refer her to several friends to whom she has shown the same level of care. Lastly, she is a shrewd negotiator, knowing the marked inside and out and always looking out for her client's best interests. We sold within a week! Fran is truly amazing at marketing! Fran is the perfect balance of knowledge and caring, which is what you need when buying and selling homes!

Seller reviewI had a great experience working with Fran on the purchase of my new home and sale of my old home. I had been working with another agent couple who retired and they referred to me to Fran. They had helped me buy two houses in this area so I knew they wouldn't refer an agent to me who wouldn't have my best interests in mind. Between my purchase of my new home and the sale of this home, it was a great experience. It took longer than I expected, but Fran was there to help and calm me down when I got too worried. In actuality, the time was consistent with other houses in the area, but when it is your house it seems longer and Fran was very helpful in offering suggestions on price reduction and other ways to make the house more attractive to prospective buyers. Fran was very attentive and always there to address any questions or concerns I had and listened to my suggestions. She was always there and made the process very easy!

She was always available and I did not have to go searching for her, she anticipated my needs and was super prepared. Fran's professionalism is stellar. I have sold housing in the past and have had problems with the agent's "personalities" or lack of time management skills. Fran kept everything very professional. I have and will continue to recommend her to others.

At every stage, and for every problem we encountered, Fran had incredibly helpful suggestions and was always there for us. She always knew the right people to contact for any problem, and could get us in touch with them right away. She is kind, understanding, and patient. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Buyer reviewAs first time home-buyers my wife and I didn't know exactly where to start. Fran was recommended to us by a family friend and we could not imagine working with anyone else. Fran was able to help us understand the home-buying process from beginning to end. Assisting us every step of the way. My wife and I really wanted to close on a house before our child was born. We met Fran at the end of May 2016 and we closed on a house in the beginning of October 2016. Without Fran, I doubt that would have been possible or that the process would have been as easy as it was. She worked around both of our schedules to show us countless houses and kept us updated as we went through all the steps of the home-buying process. She was quick to respond to all of our emails and questions as well. Her knowledge and experience in the field really shined through. Even after closing on the house and moving in, Fran checked up on our new family to ensure that everything went well. Fran is simply amazing and we will definitely think of her if/when we decide to buy again. We cannot thank Fran enough for everything she did for us. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or rent a home.
