Seller reviewNot having sold a house before (42 years), Fran Rudd worked closely to walk us through the process, preparations, and pitfalls of preparing both the house and our expectations, and tucked in with us throughout the months-long process. Location may be the key to good outcomes, but experience and tenacity have a lot to do with it, too, and Fran came through for us, getting the best price in a challenging off-season and making the whole experience endurable. Realtors are very special people. A key element of Fran's support was helping us sort through the repairs and improvements needed to stage the property (after 42 years of coasting!) to get us across the finish line with key work done and no wasted effort. Fran had a complete grasp of what's involved in preparing the property and ourselves for a lifetime move -- not just a sale -- which comes from having her own lifetime of experience and concern for the owners as well as the property.
