I trained in Early Childhood Education and worked for 2 years at The Montessori School in Plainview, NY. After moving to Switzerland I was active as a volunteer in the United Nations Women's Guild (UNWG), a nonprofit organization in Geneva, from 1987 to 2002. I served in the UNWG as Public Relations Officer and Event Planner. In my career as an Arizona Realtor I am able to capitalize on my love of people and my organizational skills to make a difference for both my Sellers and my Buyers. Buyer reviewI used Franca when I purchased my home in 2018. I knew I would always call her when I needed a realtor. She is amazing! Franca was accessible every day and made sure she was always available to show homes around my work schedule and even during the pandemic. Showing homes and closing and everything in between can be stressful during normal times. It is especially trying during the current pandemic. Franca was always professional and always prepared with masks, gloves, foot covers and hand sanitizer. I have recommended Franca to coworkers and one just closed on her dream home. Working with Franca was amazing. There were times when I wanted to give up but she continued to be positive and supportive and found me my ideal home.

As a first time home buyer, my wife and I were nervous to be taken advantage of; thankfully, we had Franca--who had helped us find a rental property when we first moved to Arizona. Searching and buying a house can definitely be vulnerable and daunting-we were grateful for the trust and care Franca took with our individual situation. In addition to Franca's vast experience with the Arizona housing market, Franca has a "call anytime policy" and lives up to it. Franca is the quintessential partner you want to be handling such a big decision with such personal information because Franca does not treat you like another client, but as her close personal friend.
