I am a first time home buyer and she helped walk me through the process. When viewing houses she knew what to look for, quickly spotting issues I did not see that could become headaches down the road. She gave tips on renovations and helped with a few items when I initially moved in, making sure everything was good to go. Francine is amazing and she has my highest recommendation!
