I have been active and full time in Real Estate for 25 years. Working with buyers and sellers. I have a strong family connection with military both active and retired. I understand and am experienced assisting with relocation both within the country and overseas placing clients in homes and selling their present homes.
I not only enjoy my profession but get great joy out of giving something back to the men and women that serve or have served our country. Relocation is a way to say "Thank you!"

Buyer reviewFrancine Gill did an amazing job helping us find and secure a house with a short timeline, flying in from out-of-state. We only had a few days to find and sign on a house so we were very happy to see Francine hit the ground running after our first meeting. We passed her what we were looking for and she took care of the rest, scheduling appointments, COVID mitigation paperwork, etc. She set us up with 7 viewings the first day, we put in a bid the 2nd day, and we'd signed a contract by the 3rd day. She gave us honest feedback on which homes she felt were good deals and which were overpriced. She even found that one house had sub-floor issues as she walked about, tipping us off to potentially expensive repairs that would be required. She made all the required home inspection appointments for us and kept us appraised on the status of each item that was found in the inspection reports. We didn't have to worry about anything, just do what Francine tells you to do and everything will go smoothly! We highly recommend her!
