He makes you feel comfortable when speaking to him and answers all of your questions thoroughly and respectfully. There were a few hurdles that we had to overcome with this property and Frank knew exactly who to turn to in order to make the sale happen. I would definitely recommend Frank to any experienced buyer or first time buyer. Everything was organized and kept in good hands. As well as the fact that Francis answered any and all questions at any time of the day to include the important questions late at night. Francis was very honest with me with every home I looked at and pointed very important things out to me whether good or bad in order to insure I made the right decision. Without Francis my process wouldn't have been done as fast as it was nor would I be as happy as I am. I cannot thank Francis enough for the hard work and dedication towards my process.

I've dealt with other realtors and it always seemed to be bother when asking to set up a showing. Frank will set up an appointment within 30 minutes of calling him and be there in a drop of a hat. I was often among the first to see a home that was for sale. Thanks to Frank, I was able to find the perfect hous and we secured an amazing deal in a tough market. He was also extremely helpful during the close process, answering all my questions as a first time home buyer, properly guiding me, and was even able to negotiate a seller credit that paid my entire closing cost!
