We had previously dealt with another realtor, who did not provide the level of help and service that we required as first time home buyers. After our first conversation with Frank Adase, we knew that he would be extremely helpful in providing us with the knowledge that we needed moving forward with the purchase of our first home. Frank assisted in every step of the home buying process, including finding inspectors, booking appointments, and ensuring that everything was done on time and correctly. When bidding on the home, Frank was crucial in providing us with a recommended price range to bid at in order to secure an offer. Had we gone with another agent/agency, we definitely would not have been able to purchase this home. Frank was extremely understanding of our inexperience and patiently provided knowledge every step of the way. This was a very difficult sale, but he did not let that deter him. He remained abreast of every appointment and issue that arose even more so than we did. Daniel Body, representing the seller, used his extensive experience to provide us and the seller with the best contractors available to perform necessary repairs and communicated with both the contractors and city officials far more than I ever would have expected him to in order to ensure that everything necessary to sell this house was completed correctly. If we ever purchase another home, I would not deal with any real estate agency except Century 21 Frick Realtors.
