Buyer reviewWhen we started this process Frank Martinez was a stranger. Frank's personality was understanding he cared for my family's needs and he was very personable. As the process became draining and emotions ran high for a pregnant wife and sometimes felt like giving up. He was very patient he never became frustrated he genuinely cared for my family. I would now like to think of Frank Martinez as a Family friend and would high recommend him to friends & family who are look for a great realtor. My husband has a crazy work schedule only available at late night and on Sunday's we took time away from Franks own Family time but never did he make it seem like a hassle. He always seemed to make time to show us numberous houses till we found our Home.

Seller reviewSelling our house was a scary thought at first, but Frank Martinez walked us through the process and broke down every bit of information we needed. He was at our house almost every weekend for a month doing open houses, until we finally got it sold. He sent out flyers and put our house in a magazine. Can't get any better service anywhere else.

I was amazed at how much patients he had with me, this was my first house so I was being extremely picky and had no clue what to do at certain points. I highly recommend Frank to anyone in the market, I know this will not be the last time I work with him.

Buyer reviewFrank did a great job dealing with a tricky (timing-wise) overlapping selling/buying situation--as well as a difficult escrow company that kept making clerical errors. He kept us informed any time we had questions, always offered assistance when he gave us documents to review and/or sign, and did his best to help us through the anxieties of buying and selling and even offered to help pay for our moving costs. I never knew his line of work could be so complicated. Great job Frank!
