I considered Town and Country and Becky Hancock Realty. I went with Century 21 as they were the organization that sold me the townhouse in 1983. From the time Fran became our realtor until we received the check for the townhouse, my wife and I had all questions answered in a timely manner. I do not think we had to wait more that 24 hours to get answers that were texted to Fran. She was professional, kind, knowledgeable and easy to approach. This was a wonderful experience. Words cannot adequately express the feelings my wife and I had throughout the time Fran was the realtor helping us to sell our property. She was magnificent! Malissa Gilley was the property manager for our property for years. When my wife and I decided to sell the property, Fran took over and ensured we were kept abreast of all that was transpiring regarding the sale. Fran received a power of attorney, so my wife and I did not have to attend the closing. Fran kept us abreast of all that was transpiring throughout the preparation and sale of the townhouse. The property was on the market for 3 days prior to us receiving an offer/bid for the townhouse. The entire process was effortless, and I would recommend Fran to any person desiring to sell their property.
