Seller reviewI have used a rental agent named Deb Rice in South Berwick Maine at a Century 21 office for 14 years. When we decided to sell our property in Florida, I asked Deb to get a referral to the Century 21 office down there. Which she did and I couldn't have asked for a better referral than Fred. He went above and beyond the call of duty for the sale which turned out to be quite involved. Getting a mortgage on a mobile home is not easy, but Fred never got discouraged was always there, was patient, understanding and efficient. This was a multi list and another agent was the actual seller, but Fred did alot of research on things that needed to get done. I never made a phone call but what Fred answered the phone. I don't know how he did that because he was very busy. He made trips to our home to explain the sale process to us, he sent forms to be signed online which made it easy for me. We spent a lot of time on the phone and I would say we actually became friends. I would recommend him highly to anyone who wants to sell even a mobile home! We are now settled in Maine and I'm looking for a lobster that I promised Fred!
