Seller reviewFred sold two properties for me with little effort on my part. Fred answered my phone calls immediately and I never needed to chase him down. Above and beyond chasing the other broker who failed to deliver documents in a timely manner. Fred's efforts to backtrack to prior showings when I changed parameters of the sale resulted in selling the home. I recommend Fred for your real estate needs, he knows the area. Great Job Fred
