Where do I start...these few months was definitely an adventure but good one. With the disappointment on not getting chosen on a bid or viewing a home that didn't look like pictures. Gaby Tellez wouldn't give up I love that she was determine and work hard to find our home. From late night searches to viewing homes on the weekends. We found a home that was a cash only home and she was able persuade the selling realtor and sellers to consider our bid. And we bought the home! I totally recommend my friends and family to use Gaby Tellez as their realtor.

I have only exposed the truth. I didn't know Gaby Tellez before she was my Realtor, and through the months we were together finding my home you get to build a relationship. Ours is purely a professional one, and I would like to think of her as a friend, a friend who if I ever need help in Real Estate, she would once again give her all, She from the instant you meet her, she instills in you a feeling of a family member looking out for your best interests. She won't sugar coat things, she tells it like it is. She told me many times, her sentence of an answer would start out, "No! We can do that..." "No! I can't do that..." "No, they can't do that..." and you have to understand, she knows best, and after she says no, she always follows up with the factual reasoning of why somethings can't be done the way you think they can be done. You learn very quickly that its better to let Gaby do all the talking and calling and reading of documents before you do, so you won't be told, "No! we are not doing that because...". You just let her steer the course, and I guarantee you if you're buying the house, she'll save you every dollar that can be saved, and offer you every protection under the law. If selling, she'll get you more than you're asking for and same thing, offer you a blanket of protection like you'll find in no one else. This time I took to document this information is more for you the seller/buyer of a home than Gaby Tellez. Gaby will be fine without it, the best is the best. Though she deserves all the praise and pat's-on-the-back I could give her, and then some. But it's you I want to inform of her Real Estate prowess, as I believe if everyone would tell others of the truly great people in their fields and where to find them if needed, A lot of people would not have to experiment with lessor Realtor's, and some who are really scoundrels, I mean it. The guy who had his sign in-front of the first house we were going to buy, I never saw him once, and the first day I met Gaby, I called this guy, he sounded hug-over and flat out told me he wasn't coming there on a Saturday. Gaby Tellez did show-up, and got the house open, got the owner down to talk to us, and we went though every room, and Gaby was inspecting everything in the house. There is a lot of Realtor's out there like that guy. But you have a chance to get the best, get Gaby Tellez. You will not be let down, and you'll get more then you're expecting with Gaby Tellez, I say it again, the best Realtor in the country. This I swear. God bless you all, and God bless Gaby Tellez.
