She was patient with me when I didn't understand the real estate legal jargon. She was understanding and eased my worries when there was trouble on the buyers end. I work a lot of hours, so it was especially great for me that they were extremely flexible and worked around my schedule. They were always pleasant and most importantly they know there stuff. Seller reviewThe connection between client and realtor is critical. Gail presents as a service, intent on capturing the needs of the client. Always available, Gail sold our house at 6% above market value. What she didn't know about solar panel systems, she researched. Gail never slept until the deal was done (as it appeared to me).
