Gail Foster of CENTURY 21 New Millennium

We went through the USAA Real Estate Rewards Program to find a real estate broker that would best meet our needs when selling our house. USAA sent an agent from Coldwell Banker and they sent Gail. Gail's professional demeanor and her "go getter" attitude was exactly what I was looking for. When she toured our home she knew exactly what was worth updating or replacing and what we wouldn't get a return on our money. Her advice really paid off because our home sold in about a week! Gail did a great job with the sale of our home. I loved the write up she did of our home in the listing, the flyers were great and there was even a youtube video interested buyers could watch. Gail also negotiated the sale of our home wonderfully. She priced the house aggressively but still realistic and when an offer came in, she negotiated a selling price that worked with the buyer and us, the sellers. The most important qualities I needed in a real estate broker for selling our home was patience, communication and knowledge. Gail has all these qualities. Selling your house can be scary; you've had many years in the same home with lots of memories. I was very nervous to sell our house, especially because we had to line up a purchase of a new home at the same time. Gail was very patient and never pressured us into anything we did not feel comfortable with. She was always available by phone, text and email and I never once felt like I could not get a hold of her. She always responded quickly. The other wonderful thing about Gail is that she is truly a wealth of information. This is invaluable to a seller. Gail seems to know the answer to everything, have plans for any scenario that arises, and that really set our mind at ease. I'm so glad we found her! Overall, Gail made the selling experience wonderful and virtually stress free. She was always on top of things and has an eye for details. She left no question unanswered and made sure we understood everything in the selling process. She really was a pleasure to work with!

USAA "sent" us two brokers, Gail from Century 21 and another from Coldwell Banker. I was immediately impressed with Gail's friendliness and "go getter" attitude. Gail always returned my phone calls, texts and emails in a timely manner. I never felt like I couldn't get a hold of her whenever I needed to, even if it was 10 pm on a weekend. She was always honest and forthcoming without being rude. She's so knowledgable about the entire buying process, which is invaluable in a realtor. Even obscure lending questions Gail could answer for me. I truly can not thank Gail enough for making the selling/buying process a smooth process for us. I would never work with another real estate broker again!

We could not have asked for a better experience and have referred a family member and he is using Gail Foster as well. We are using Gail Foster to sell our current home shortly. Never had to deal with anyone else. Gail did it all. We bought our new home through Gail and are now using her to sell our previous home. We highly recommend her.
