Seller reviewGail Lyerla really went above and beyond when I was out of town taking care of my ill father while the house was on the market. She was always there when I needed something or had any questions regarding selling the home. I originally thought it would be very stressful selling the home but Gail definitely had everything in control and it went very smooth. I, with no question, recommend Gail Lyerla.

Seller reviewGail was the perfect agent for me. I am older and was moving from a home that I had owned for a long time. I was cautious and very particular about both the new location and about certain features that I wanted in my new home. Gail was extremely respectful of my needs and very patient as we navigated through the Covid restrictions. She was very knowledgeable about the area where I was looking and she was very prompt about sending me new listings as they appeared. The market was very competitive at the time and Gail went above and beyond to help me view a house as soon as possible. She was also very knowledgeable and often pointed out concerns in a home that I might have missed. I seriously felt like she held my hand from start to finish. She answered my many questions about the inspections/contract/closing and never made me feel like a bother. After I was settled in my new "perfect for me" home, Gail transitioned right into helping me sell my previous home. She gave me a very detailed and specific timeline and sent friendly reminders about things that I needed to take care of. We were in frequent contact and she was always available and ready to help. Gail is very professional and took a lot of the pressure off of me. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She really is amazing.
