Working with Gail Spada, PA was a great experience from start to finish. Gsil works with an army of vetted vendors to get the house ready for sale. She was very honest about pricing, the market, and what to expect throughout the process. She's proactive about anticipating possible issues and makes sure everything is buttoned up before closing. Gail kept us up to date on showings and feedback. We would work with her again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend her.

After my Mother passed away in January, Gail was so professional and caring when handling this difficult situation for my Father and me. Not only as a relator, but as a human being, she was absolutely amazing in getting us through our heartbreak. When it comes to choosing a real estate agent we would think of no one but Gail Spada. Her level of professionalism is beyond compare.She knows what she's doing.She knows the market and she constantly is in touch with us to let us know what is happening with our property.
