We had just gone through a horrible Land Contract that took nine months in Sevier County Court to resolve. We have relatives that have their cabin in Gatlinburg, that introduced us to Gail's husband Dale several years ago. We had never met Gail, until we needed to sell our cabin. What an impressive person that had our home listed and under contract within a week. AMAZING!!!! Gail has a person that takes amazing photos that really stands out among the other properties. Since we live in Georgia, Gail would check on our cabin periodically. Once we got close to the closing date, Dish Network sent boxes to return all of their equipment. Gail immediately went over to the cabin and placed the boxes inside because she knew it has been raining so much in Tennessee. Dianne and I were amazed at how much involvement Gail placed on our cabin. Dianne and I highly recommend Gail Thompson for your real estate needs. My sister used Gail when building /purchasing a vacation rental in Gatlinburg and recommended her to us. She told me Gail went way beyond and assisted her at ever turn. As we live OOT she let me know that Gail helped her handle things long distance and was always willing to go the extra mile. Gail made sure everything happened timely with home and other inspections we needed when we were not in town to schedule. She is detail oriented making sure everything we needed to do was done while providing a warm personal touch. When we went to look at the property we bought she didn't just show us the property, she drove us around to show us where we could walk, a nearby sports complex and indoor pool, restaurants, convenience to stores etc. and the list goes on. Always willing to go that extra step for us The best and very professional, always clear on her comunications When we found properties in which there were several that we placed contracts, but others contracts were excepted.
