Seller reviewWe met Garrett French approx 15 years ago through a Century 21 realtor in the Lake Almanor area. We were impressed with him then and we followed his career through his Newsletter and FaceBook postings. So, when we decided to list our little rental years later we immediately decided to call/meet with him. We were happy with what he told us and decided we didn't have to look further. Garrett took care of everything. Since we still had a tenant, he went out of his way to cater to and "placate" her. I really appreciated that! He co-ordinated all the inspections and contractor(s) that we needed to closed escrow. He answered all my (silly) questions and returned calls, emails and texts right away. I would definitely call Garrett for my next real estate transaction and recommend him to my family and friends! Garrett was out of state for a couple days during our escrow process and still kept in touch - it was supposed to be a mini vacation... how dedicated is that?
