I have lived and worked in the East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia area all my life. I love the area and if given the opportunity to live anywhere I would and will remain here.I began my career in real estate as an investor and own and manage several properties. My move to the sales side full time came due to the desire and passion to work full time at a profession that I enjoy so much.I work with both buyers and seller and represent them with honesty, loyalty and integrity. It was reassuring to find a realtor that knew the area and could help us with our search which spanned several counties. Gary is a true professional, and he went above and beyond for us throughout the buying process. As out of state buyers he was also our eyes and ears on the ground when we couldn't be there. Gary was very detailed, and able to guide us through the process, answer our inquiries, and hunt down additional information we requested. He was very responsive and patient, responding to calls, texts and emails promptly. Buying a home is stressful, and with Gary as our realtor we felt reassured that we had someone working hard for us and providing us with honest information as we went through the process. Relocating from out of state is challenging, and Gary definitely helped make that transition much smoother as we navigated a very competitive market from afar.

He was extremely patient as we were selling our home prior to purchasing in Tennessee. This provided much needed time for us to focus on our needs. My wife was able come to the states for a few days and Gary and his wife showed her numerous houses and found our great retirement home. Gary then was with us every step of the way thru closing and after. The Cobbs were both so kind and helpful and led us my the hand . We would not have our beautiful home if not for Gary. If ever I purchase or sell another home there is only one agent i would want.
