Seller reviewWe had received market analysis from 2 other realtors prior to talking with Gary. He had sold some properties in the area, so I knew he had some local expertise and knowledge. He was eager to help and gave us suggestions on how to better market our raw land , i.e. cut a trail through the brush so potential buyers could walk the propety easier. Gary even suggested an individual to do the trail work and that gentleman did an outstanding job at a very resonable rate. I would have not even known who to call for that task, but Gary did. Gary was a great communicator. He always kept us informed of out listings and certainly kept us in the loop when parties showed interest or made offers. Gary listed our 3 parcels about 20% over the suggested listing price of the other 2 realtors that had given us a market analysis, so I was a bit skeptical at first. But Gary's market knowlege paid off and we sold all 3 parcels by November at very near our listing prices. I cannot say enough about Gary. He always kept us up to date (even when he was out of the golf course
