We had never been through that process before and they made it so easy and simple and we never had to do anything. We asked several questions thoughout the process and they we always available to answer them for us. They explained everything to us on how they market it and the selling process of it. We would recommend they to anyone!!!

Seller reviewGary and his wife are very good people, I enjoyed working with them! My husband passed away in 2020 and at the time we had 3 rentals and our home that we lived in. Gary was able to get all of them sold without problems. They took care of everything and all I had to do was sign on the dotted line. Would I recommend these two again absolutely.....
