I was pregnant at the time, and we had already purchased a new home so the thought of two mortgages, two lawns to mow, two houses to pay utilities on, etc. was frightening. Gary helped expedite the process once we negotiated an offer, for a quick closing. We had a wonderful experience and would never even consider using another realtor because of our satisfaction.

A final contract was signed on Friday after only three days on the market.
