Buyer reviewI asked my realtor in Florida if she knew any realtors in the Shreveport area. She is with Century 21 in Punta Gorda, FL. She researched Century 21 in Shreveport and found John and Nina Stratton, spoke with Nina and recommended I contact her. We were only going to be in Shreveport for a week and needed to get everything accomplished as my son was starting his residency in July but needed to be back in WV and NJ to graduate from med school. Nina went over and above with everything from finding us homes to visit, to negotiations, and taking charge with things when we were not able to be in Shreveport and for acting as power of attorney for our closing. I could not have been more pleased. Even after the closing she is still helping us out with additional things to make the move in less stressful.
