So much so, that the 3rd house Gary had us look at was the one we ended up buying. He was available any time we needed him; always taking my calls after hours (some as late as 9 or 10pm). He had the connections that allowed us to get a home loan a full 1% cheaper than we were offered on our own as well as putting us in touch with an insurance group that saved us $350 a month on homeowners insurance. Couteous, established, personal, and professional - this is what a real estate agent should be.

As a first time home owner it was of the upmost importance I chose someone who I could whole heartedly trust to guide me through this new & uncharted territory. Even after our closing he was still there for us in answering our questions & advising us on what we need to do next..
