Gary was in constant contact with me and provided many options regarding the marketing, pricing, and sale of the property. Could not ask for more in a professional realtor. Even though the buyers sometimes made the negotiations a little difficult, Gary stayed on top of it.... I would say he went above and beyond to insure the successful transaction.

They took my personal situation and did the best they could to get me the best outcome. There was an issue with the air conditioner at closing and they both went out of their way to help make sure it was taken care of quickly. They were very honest and detailed the entire time and it was very appreciated.
