Buyer reviewGayle helped us to purchase our first home in Virginia and did an excellent job! We looked at houses for over six months and she was patient the entire time. She expressed the desire to find us the right home for us and didn't want us to settle just to buy something. We looked at some unique properties and while she provided insight to the local area, schools but did not try to sway us with regards to the home. Gayle really excels with assisting in navigating the mortgage and settlement process. Very strong negotiator and available at off hours (when we got home from work). Would use again without hesitation!

Buyer reviewLiving in Pittsburgh at the time and not knowing anything about the Ashburn area is was a relief when Gayle King called me almost immediatly after submitting my email request on a Sunday. We had advise on where to stay on our visit, a discussion about our wants and needs and an appointment booked after only a half hour of looking her up on her webiste. I knew then this would be smooth sailing for us and our 3 children and it was. We closed fast with attentive guidence Gayle also attended the inspection for us because we were still in Pittsburgh she stayed in contact with me the entire time. That is truly going above and beyond and not a requirement. Gayle also helped us with contacts with things we may need for the house after closeing and the best part her friendship! Thank you Gayle!
