She was able to think on her feet when helping me with the purchase of the Gulfport home prior to the deadline for housing bids, making the deadline with minutes to spare! She oversaw all aspects of the process from start to finish. She was timely in responding to my questions or concerns. Genna shows exceptional organizational skills and was able to answer questions in lay terms. I don't anticipate any future moves but, if I did, my wife and I would contact Genna Irby without any hesitations were we to move again.

She had worked with my wife and I when we relocated from Pensacola, Florida to Biloxi, MS in 2017. She oversaw all aspects of the sale of the home, kept me updated frequently She would explain financial and contractual processes in simple, lay terms. She would keep me updated as to where things stood, what she had done and timelines for completions of tasks. Ms Genna Irby's tasks were considerable, given that she was our agent for both the sale of our house in Biloxi, MS and also for the home purchase in Gulfport, MS, both on the same date. She was with us the entire way and the processes were made smoother by her work. The housing transition became much less stressful as a result. Her organizational skills and timeliness were above the norm. her follow-through was a major contributing factor.

Genna, was a very professional and knowledgeable agent. She was quick and worked for YOU. She even helped spruce up our exterior front entrance by potting new plants, along side us. She was there every step of the way and couldn't have been more helpful. I would 100% recommend Genna Irby to anyone in search of a home or selling. She's also funny which is a bonus!
