Buyer reviewWe had a very positive buying experience with George. He had a lot of knowledge about the area, the home buying process, and the lending process, all of which were very helpful as this was my first home purchase. He was very honest about any issues he saw in a home and pointed things out that I completely missed. I never felt pressured into buying a home that was out of my budget or even on the high end of it. It definitely felt like he was focused finding the right home for us and our budget, not maximizing his commission. We also never had any issues getting in contact with him. I would certainly recommend George Francisco and will contact him first for any future purchases.

Buyer reviewGeorge Francisco was recommended to us by a friend in the real estate industry. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about the things we should look for. The last time we bought a house was in 1978 in New York and the process is quite different now, so we were very happy to have George in our corner. Whenever there was a property that looked promising, George would secure an appointment as quickly as possible. He took us all over eastern Tennessee when we were not sure exactly where we wanted to live. It was a long 7 months until an offer we put in was accepted and George did his best to help us not get too discouraged. We enjoyed the time we spent with George and would highly recommend him to others looking to settle in the area.

He not only felt like a true professional who was knowledgeable and had helpful life experience, he felt like a friend. If I was rich enough to buy multiple houses, I would use George every time.

So I needed someone who knew the local area, and listened to what I was looking for. Geroge made the paper work very easy to complete. I would definatly use him again to purchase a house or land.
