We really loved working with George Tucci jr., he is very personable and honest. This is the second house he has sold for us, both times the house has sold quickly! We worked with George on a previous attempt to sell our house and searching for a new one . Through no fault of his own the house didn't sell but throughout the process we realized George brought a wealth of experience to the table and new exactly how to deal with the impossible client. George steered us away from homes or brought to light some aspects of a home which otherwise would have never occurred to us. It was clear that he sincerely wanted to help us buy the house we loved and not cycle us through for the commission check. It was not even a question when it was time to look for a house again and once again George came through like no other agent has before him. He gave us the same service as before but this time we did find the house we love (more & more every day). At closing and throughout a tumultuous process with our builder and their agents, George was persistent, tactful, kept us on our toes on numerous occasions and knew exactly when to bare his teeth to motivate an unmotivated builder's agents. That's who we want in our corner every time. A real pro... Add: Realistic and persistent to this list. With the seller and in many cases with us too. This is our 4th house. That doesnt make us pros but we have had experience with bad agents many of whom lacked overall experience which made the rest of the process sour. George, as the representative of his industry to us changed our minds that there may be a few real professionals with selling houses in their blood, in George's case - literally.

George did a great job advertising my home. Another agent from another agency previously listed it. Their description and photos were not flattering to my beautiful home. I got rid of that agent after they would not even answer my phone calls. Luckily after that I got George. His advertising was great was great. The pictures were great. He knows how to make a house stand out beyond others in the same price range. I got calls on my house instantly and it sold 2 days later, for what I wanted. I could not be more pleased with George!!!!!!

Caring and considerate of our needs in a very sensitive time for our entire family. George was always quick to respond with accurate answers during all steps of the sale. Which told us he was in constant contact with sellers agent. His quick responses shows that every one of his sales is important to him and having answers eased our minds. True professional. This was a difficult time not only for my husband and I but for our two children who were born and raised in that one house. No aggravation from a realtor and no stress of having to figure things out myself was extremely helpful. George was always one step ahead of us and quick to put our minds at ease so we could concentrate on other things like packing and a few new last minute family memories in our home. I never had to deal with anyone else because George was always available for us. Whether on email or text or even by phone. Couldn't have asked for a better realtor. The small issues that did arise where not real estate related. They were either bank or lawyer issues. I would recommend George to anyone even thinking about selling a home. He is punctual, respectful, caring and understanding. A compassionate agent, during an emotional time is so important. (Anyone selling a home knows that feeling.)
