Staff helpful, courteous. Shown several homes to compare. Was honest, prompt, knew our needs. There were some serious issues re: footage, quality for price. Mr Burkett was quick to reply, offer suggestions, apply options. I was pleased with his timely suggestions, responses. The office staff and several of the other realtors with Burkett & Associates were quick to show properties and answer questions. Very professional. Mr Burkett was on vacation in a different location, yet, he either assigned another employee, Mr Pride, to respond to our questions and showings. Mr Burkett was in almost daily contact via telephone.
