Seller reviewThis was my second transaction with Geraldine and Century 21 Gold Advantage, and i wouldn't have it any other way. Once my house was under contract, we found out there was a possibility that it could be in a flood zone; which would have killed the deal. She advised me to get a flood report immediately which resulted in showing the house was not in a flood zone saving the deal and making everything run smoothly. Geraldine is a dream to work with, will be using her for every real estate transaction in the future.

With a heavy understanding of the real estate field across all aspects, she can guide one to the right direction to reach their goals. She is also caring with a personality that makes anyone want to work with her. How skilled is she? When the first buyers did not meet underwriting after a few weeks of waiting, this was a curve ball that she was still able to hit a homerun by restrategizing the sale of my house in 2 days, and then in just 3 days after the open house, I had 6 offers, in which one of them eventually purchased my house. Moreover, the first buyers whom could not buy my house were actually my tenants and she was able to find them a house to rent so my house was vacant way before closing. I highly recommend Geraldine for any real estate needs, from buying, renting, selling, and even investing. Thank you Geraldine, you are awesome!
