My first contact with Gilda Erin, by phone, was very positive. We spoke at length about the future possibility of selling my Mother's home. When I was finally ready to sell the home, I contacted Gilda Erin again to schedule a meeting with my sister and me, and for her to see the home. She came fully prepared with comps, printouts, etc. Our interaction was so positive, we signed a contract the same day. Gilda Erin presented herself in a very profession manner and had the skills and knowledge to answer all our questions, and make suggestions for how we should proceed. She was very personable and empathetic, and we both felt confident that we were selecting the best agent for our needs. Gilda Erin kept me (us) informed every step of the way about what was happening, and when it would happen. Her negotiating skills helped us obtain full price offers. She also helped us to successfully negotiate an issue with the buyers when a concern about repairs arose after the inspection. She was always in communication with the Buyer's Agent, lenders, etc. Her knowledge and experience really made a difference from beginning to end in the successful closing of the sale. Gilda Erin was always professional and very personable. She was extremely timely with her communications the entire time. She made herself available at all times. She was very helpful and went out of her way to take care of any issues that arose. She even watered the plants on the patio one day when she was at the property, thus saving me the time of making a trip to do it myself. I don't think I could have found a better agent! I would not hesitate to recommend Gilda Erin to family and friends. I would definitely contact Gilda Erin if I were to decide to sell my current home in the future. I would also contact her for help and advice in finding a replacement home. I have great confidence in her skills and knowledge of the industry.

Gilda Erin called me one day on the telephone. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She then came to my house and spent several hours finding out what I desired regarding the sale of my house. She was friendly and personable, and we bonded on a professional level. She was very astute and helpful. Their office was great, too. They even got me free coffee! Gilda Erin was very patient with all my "What-if's" and eased my anxiety throughout the process. She knows what she is doing and perseveres with the way the sale should be handled. She got me a lot more money than I was asking for.

Gilda is the greatest Realtor EVER! Tenacious and the hardest working woman I know. She broke the record in my area for the sale of my house. It sold basically first day. I admire her so much. It was a cold call how we first met. She would call randomly to check in until I was ready to sell. No pressure from her. Treated us like family. And I'm happy to say we became friends over the almost 2 yrs she kept in contact. What a Lady. You are so blessed to have her on your team. I hope we state in contact.
